Snickerdoodle Cobbler — like a soft snickerdoodle cookie turned into a self-saucing, comforting cobbler!

Ingredients:
For the Base:
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup milk
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1½ cups hot water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; stir just until combined.
Spread batter evenly in the dish.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
Pour hot water evenly over the top — do not stir!
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. A cinnamon-sugar sauce will form underneath!
