BAKED CHEESE AND BROCCOLI PATTIES

These nutritious Broccoli Patties are my favorite treats to make healthy snacks. Theyโ€™re so delightful!
You wouldnโ€™t want to go back to your fast food binge, these patties are very delicious!!
These cheesy patties with broccoli are a great, crispy, and delicious dinner side dish. Another good chance for children to eat their vegetables. This is a must-try dish!

YOUโ€™LL NEED:

* A Large bag Of frozen broccoli-defrosted-.
* 1 white onion, chop it.
* 1 Cup.Of (panko) breadcrumbs.
* 1/2 Cup.Of cheddar cheese.
* 1/2 Cup.Of parmesan cheese.
* 2 LARGE/3 SMALL beaten eggs.
* 2 cloves garlic, mince them well.
* 2 TSP.Of vegetable oil.
* Sea salt.
* Ground black pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS:

* Step 1: Set the oven to 400-degrees, and lightly grease a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, or spray it with a non-stick cooking spray.
* Step 2: In a small saucepan, heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic and chopped onions.
season with salt and pepper.
* Step 3: SIMMER until garlic and onions are tender, then set aside to cool.
* Step 4: to your kitchen towel add the broccoli. To remove the excess moisture, place the towel around the broccoli. And transfer the drained broccoli to a large tub.

* Step 5: to the same dish, add the panko breadcrumbs, the cheeses, the eggs, and season with salt, AND BLACK pepper.
* Step 6: Mix well, place on the prepared baking sheet, into patties.
* Step 7: Bake for 20 minutes.
Flip and bake, until browned and crispy from both sides.
