Ingredient & Direction :
Peel and slice 6 large potatoes and boil in salted water for 30 minutes until a knife slides through easily and drain.
Add sour cream, butter, a little milk, green onions, cracked black pepper and mash until smooth.
Make 4 large or 6 small mash potato patties and push the middle in, and place into a casserole dish.
Cook 1/2 a pound of ground beef, drain add onions, peppers, chilis and taco seasoning with a little water and cook until everything is soft.
Add shredded cheddar cheese or spicy cheese blend inside the mashed potato patties, add a scoop of meat mixture and add more cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and is all cooked through!
