Ingredients

โ€ข 1 cup chicken broth

โ€ข 1 cup heavy cream

โ€ข 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

โ€ข 1 teaspoon dried thyme

โ€ข 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

โ€ข Salt and pepper, to taste

โ€ข Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Season & Sear:

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chops 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

2. Prepare Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Sautรฉ chopped onion until translucent, then add minced garlic for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Simmer until sauce thickens (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

3. Combine & Serve:

  • Return pork chops to the skillet, spooning sauce over them.
  • Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
