Easy Stuffing Balls Recipe

Easy Stuffing Balls

All the comfort of stuffing… in fun, handheld bites!

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups prepared stuffing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for flavor boost)
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: ½ cup cooked crumbled sausage or diced sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, eggs, melted butter, Parmesan (if using), and parsley. Mix until everything holds together — you want a moist, but not soggy texture. If it feels too dry, add a tablespoon of broth or water.
  3. Form into balls: Scoop out about 2–3 tablespoons of mixture and roll into firm balls.
  4. Place on baking sheet about an inch apart.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
  6. Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or as a savory snack on their own!

Tips:

  • Great for using up leftover stuffing after the holidays.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated — even freezer-friendly!
  • Add shredded turkey for a “complete Thanksgiving bite.
