Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Greek Olive Medley – drained and at room temp
  • Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Leaves from 2-3 Sprigs of Thyme
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper – to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Good Quality Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate for 1 hour (not refrigerated).
  2. Serve.
