Minced meat nests with cheese filling and herbs

Ingredients :


1 kg minced meat
1 large onion
100 ml milk for soaking bread
100 grams of rolls
garlic
salt and spices to taste
For the filling:

200 g sour cream
2 eggs
200 gr grated cheese
Dill or other herbs to taste


Preparation :


1).Soak the bread in milk. Cut the onion into dice pieces. Mix the minced meat with the bread, the onion pieces, the pressed garlic and the spices.

2).Mix together all the ingredients for the filling.

3).Form the meat mixture into cookies and place on a baking sheet. Make a well in the middle of each one to make room for the filling.

4).Place the filling on the meat and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
