3 1/2 oz white cooking wine

Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Add the minced garlic and onion powder to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in the condensed cheddar cheese soup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and white cooking wine. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
