Mexican Wedding Cookies (Pecan Cookie Balls)

Mexican Wedding Cookies

You’ll Need :

• 1 cup butter, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup finely chopped pecans
• Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Direction :

➊ Mix everything until a soft dough forms
➋ Roll into 1-inch balls and bake at 400°F for 13–15 mins
➌ Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar (again when fully cooled!)
