No Bake Chocolate Cookie

INGREDIENTS:

• °300 g (3 cups) small biscuits
• °30g (2 tbsp) butter
• °300 ml (1.23 cups) milk
• °100 g (0.8 cup) powder sugar
• °15g (2 tsp) cocoa
• °125 g (0.7 c) milk chocolate
• °chop pistachio 

METHOD :

• Chopping cookies, adding soft butter, sugar, cocoa also milk, & knead  thin dough and rolling in cling film.
• Leave in refrigerator for 2 h.Cutting roll into 2 cm thick pieces also dipping them in chocolate. Sprinkling still liquid chocolate with crush pistachios.
