INGREDIENTS:
- ยฐ300 g (3 cups) small biscuits
- ยฐ30g (2 tbsp) butter
- ยฐ300 ml (1.23 cups) milk
- ยฐ100 g (0.8 cup) powder sugar
- ยฐ15g (2 tsp) cocoa
- ยฐ125 g (0.7 c) milk chocolate
- ยฐchop pistachio
METHOD :
- Chopping cookies, adding soft butter, sugar, cocoa also milk, & knead thin dough and rolling in cling film.
- Leave in refrigerator for 2 h.Cutting roll into 2 cm thick pieces also dipping them in chocolate. Sprinkling still liquid chocolate with crush pistachios.
