Philly cheesesteak stuffed shells & cheese


1lb ground beef
2tbsp butter
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped green pepper
2tbsp ketchup
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt & pepper
8 ounces of cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
24 jumbo shells cooked
1 cup milk
1 cup of beef broth
1tbsp of cornstrach


Preheat oven to 350
Cook ground beef in skillet till brown. You can leave the fat add the onion and pepper, cook till tender. Add beef back to skillet. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper. Take off heat and add into each jumbo shell. Add a piece of cubed cheese to each shell (about half of the cheese) In another skillet mix beef broth, milk and cornstrach together until thick. Add rest of cheese. Pour this over the shells and bake in oven for 15 mins.
