Steak Cheese Garlic Toast

You’ll Need :
• 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or shaved beef)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
• Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
• 1 box frozen Texas toast garlic bread (or homemade)
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
• Optional: hot sauce or mayo for serving

Steps:
Cook garlic toast according to package directions (about 5–6 minutes).
In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft. Remove.
Add steak to the same pan. Season and cook until just browned.
Return veggies to pan and stir.
Top each garlic toast with steak mixture and cheese.
Broil for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Serve hot — add hot sauce or drizzle with mayo if desired.
