Ingredients for 12 servings
1 packet of puff pastry (frozen)
1 pack Dr. Oetker paradise cream vanilla
2 cups of cream
50 grams of sugar
50ml of water
sugar
Cake glaze, chocolate
Preparation:
Boil the sugar and water and simmer for about 2 minutes (sugar sugar).
Cut out the puff pastry as you like, if it has to be done very quickly, just divide it by 2, or the classic oval version, although this is where they really look the prettiest.
Brush with the sugar syrup and sprinkle generously with sugar.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes (please note that every oven bakes differently). The particles should have a light tan on top.
Leave to cool on the sheet.
Mix the paradise cream with the cream and spread the cream thinly over the puff pastry pieces on the smooth side (i.e. below).
Spread with the chocolate glaze. It works best if you dip the particles upside down into the glaze.
