Pecan Cream Pie — rich, fluffy filling with sweet pecans in every bite, all nestled in a buttery pie crust. No baking required!

Ingredients:
• 1 prepared graham cracker or pastry pie crust
• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 1 tub whipped topping)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)
• ½ cup light corn syrup or caramel sauce
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture (or use whipped topping).
- Stir in vanilla, pecans, corn syrup or caramel, and salt.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
- Garnish with extra pecans or a drizzle of caramel before serving.
