Pizza dough: 1
Tomato coulis: 250 g
Bacon: 6 slices
Canned pineapple, drained: 2 or 3 slices
Mozzarella balls: 2
Ten black olives pitted: 1
Olive oil: 3 tbsp. soup
Salt
Pepper

Direction :
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Cut bacon into strips and pineapple slices into cubes.
Spread the pizza dough.
Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the tomato coulis over it.
Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.
Arrange it on the pizza with pineapple cubes, bacon and black olives.
Salt, pepper and pour the olive oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with spicy oil.
