🛒 Ingredients:
- ½ head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: hot sauce, lemon juice, parsley
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in a little olive oil until softened.
2️⃣ Add cabbage, green beans, bell pepper, and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
3️⃣ Pour in broth, season with Italian herbs, salt & pepper.
4️⃣ Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
5️⃣ Cook for 30–40 minutes until all veggies are tender.
