- 150 milliliters whole milk
- 4 tablespoons table cream
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 generous pinch red chili
- 4 tablespoons wheat flour
- Parsley to taste
For the Topping:
- 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
- Oregano to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cabbage:
- Start by making diagonal cuts into the cabbage, then make more diagonal cuts in the opposite direction.
2. Cook the Meat and Vegetables:
- In a pan over medium-low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped red and green bell peppers, and grated carrots.
- Add the chopped cabbage and mix everything together.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
3. Season the Mixture:
- Add 2 tablespoons of salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, and a generous pinch of red chili.
- Mix everything together well.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
- In a large bowl, add 3 whole eggs, 150 milliliters of whole milk, 4 tablespoons of table cream, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 2 crushed garlic cloves.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, a generous pinch of red chili, and 4 tablespoons of wheat flour.
•Add parsley to taste and mix everything together well.
5. Assemble the Casserole:
- Add the meat and cabbage mixture to a baking dish.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle 200 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add oregano to taste.
6. Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Bake the casserole for 35 minutes.
7. Serve:
The casserole is ready when it is golden and bubbly. Slice and enjoy!
