Sweet corn meets melted cheese and rich garlic butter — simple, gooey, and irresistible!

Ingredients:
• 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Step by Step:
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
Stir in 4 cups of corn (fresh, frozen, or drained canned), ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is hot and tender.
Reduce heat to low and add 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend) and 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan. Stir until the cheese is melted and evenly coats the corn.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
