Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cheese, soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Fold in half of the tater tots.
  4. Spread the mixture into the dish and top with the remaining tater tots.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
