Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Dip and Decoration:
- 1 cup (175 g) dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- Red, green, and white sprinkles for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using), and continue mixing until well combined.
