Get-togethers are a favorite pastime for my family. We always have delicious meals when we come together. The majority of the time, we have potlucks for our get-togethers, which means that everyone brings something to offer. One of my go-to contributions is a variety of tasty finger appetizers, which can be easily shared among a large group of people.
If you need a finger meal for a potluck, sliders are usually a nice idea to have on hand. At our most recent get-together as a family, we decided to prepare these baked club sliders, and everyone raved about how delicious they were! How could it possibly be otherwise? They are topped with crispy bacon! These baked club sliders are the ideal complement to any celebration, whether it be a game day gathering or a holiday party.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
2 dozen.Of buttery rolls.
Thinly sliced ham; I used 1 pound.
Thinly sliced turkey; I used 1 pound.
Provolone cheese; I used 12 slices.
Sliced bacon; I also used 12 slices but you can add more if desired.
light mayonnaise.
2 sticks.Of butter – melted.
3 Tbsp.Of brown mustard.
2 Tsp.Of onion powder.
2 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.
1/2 Tsp.Of sugar.
1 Tbsp.Of poppy seeds.
PREPARATION:
1st Step
To begin, you need to prepare the pans needed for these sliders, I used 2 medium pans.
2nd Step
Next, you can cut the buns in half and spread light mayonnaise on the bottom piece.
3rd Step
At this point, cook the bacon the way you like and cut each piece into thirds.
4th Step
Now, after placing the buns in the pans, proceed to make the sandwiches. On each sandwich, begin by layering the turkey, ham, and bacon, followed by a half slice of Provolone cheese.
5th Step
After that, blend the melted butter with dry mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and poppy seeds all together until you have an incorporated mixture.
6th Step
Spread the mixture equally onto the sandwiches, and put the pans in the oven to bake at 350 degrees for around 18 minutes.
7th Step
If you want to make them the night before, you need to wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator before you bake them.
