Ingredients :
- °1 packet taco seasoning
- °1 pound minced meat
- °Half a cup of sauce
- °8 ounces soft cream cheese
- °2 tablespoons melted butter
- °1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- °12 6 inch tortilla
- °Sour cream, sauce, green onions, all toppings are optional
Directions :
- The first step:Crumble minced meat in a frying pan and cook wellDrain the fat from the frying pan
- The second step:Add the taco seasoning mix packet, following the directions on the packageIn a medium-sized bowl, whisk the cream cheese until softened
- Third step:Add a cup of sauce and mix wellWhile holding the tortilla, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla
- The fourth step:Put a spoonful of beef taco flavor, to cover the cheese and sauce mixtureSprinkle with grated cheese
