Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients :

°1 pancake base

°250gm soft cream cheese

°1/3 cup granulated sugar

°2 divided eggs

°2 tbsp. vanilla divided

°½ tsp. salt

°1-1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

°1 cup golden corn syrup

°cup pressed brown sugar

Instruction :

Prepare crust according to package directions and place in a 9-inch pie plate.

Refrigerate rest blend for other use.Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, 1 tbsp.

Vanilla and salt until the mixture is smooth and pour into the crust.

Sprinkle the pecans over this mixture.Combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, remaining egg, and 1 Tbsp. vanilla and mix well.

Pour over preparation.Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Reduce the heat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.Let it cool and then put it in the fridge before serving.
