Ingredient :

1 lb of smoked sausage
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 c chicken broth
1/2 c of heavy cream
1 can of Rotel
8 oz of bow tie pasta
Salt and pepper
1 c of shredded blend cheese
