Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed milk (14 oz) – $1.23
  • 2 bags white chocolate chips (18 oz each) – $3
  • Oreos (1 standard pack, about 12 cookies) – $3.20
  • Parchment paper

Instructions:

1. Prepare Pan:

  • Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. Melt Condensed Milk and White Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

3. Add Crushed Oreos:
