Slow Cooker Kielbasa Bites

📝 Ingredients:
- 2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
🍴 Instructions:
