Ingredients
250 g butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup Cornstarch/ Cornflour
3/4 cup custard powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
Method
- Cream butter, icing sugar and Cornflour till nice and creamy.
- Add custard powder and vanilla essence.
- Add enough flour to make a soft dough .
- Pipe with no 34 nozzle onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle 100s 1000s over
- Bake @140 for 10 minutes
- Dip ends in melted chocolate when cool.
