Crockpot Corn on the Cob! A total crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter, cut into pieces
- Dried onion, salt, pepper, parsley (or your favorite seasonings)
- Optional: garlic and Lawry’s salt
Instructions:
- Add water to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place corn on top, add butter, and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Place tin foil under the corn for even cooking.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
This method keeps the corn juicy and bursting with flavor while freeing up space on the stove! Sometimes, I toss in baby potatoes and carrots for a complete meal. Who else loves this easy and delicious recipe?
